Terms of Service

Using AgentAds

• You must provide accurate account, organization, payment, payout, and contact information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You may not interfere with the service, bypass integrity checks, tamper with signed releases, create fake events, or misuse install/update channels.
• You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, Content Policy, Advertiser Terms, and Developer Payout Terms where they apply.

Beta availability

• The service may change, pause, suspend, or stop during beta.
• We do not guarantee ad inventory, campaign delivery, clicks, conversions, earnings, payout timing, or uninterrupted availability.
• Reporting may be delayed or revised when fraud review, reconciliation, refunds, disputes, or provider events settle.

Developers

Developers opt in by installing and signing into the daemon. Earnings are subject to viewability, event validation, invalid-traffic review, advertiser billing, clearing rules, and payout eligibility.

• The statusline is the production clickable and billable surface for Claude Code beta.
• Terminal viewport visibility, focus, minimized state, and occlusion are not directly measured in the current beta.
• Developer payouts are governed by the Developer Payout Terms and may be manual or delayed during beta.

Advertisers

Advertisers are responsible for campaigns, creative claims, destination pages, funding, compliance, and any products or services they promote.

• Campaigns may require moderation before serving.
• Wallet funding, refunds, disputes, campaign review, and delivery expectations are governed by the Advertiser Terms.
• Approval only means a creative may enter the auction; delivery still depends on budget, bid, targeting, inventory, controls, and policy state.

Payments, payouts, and providers

• Stripe and Stripe Connect support payments and payout-related workflows.
• Provider terms may apply directly to you when you use Stripe, Google, or other integrated services.
• We may pause accounts, campaigns, payouts, or wallet use when needed for fraud review, chargebacks, disputes, compliance, safety, or support.

Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, security risk, legal risk, non-payment, chargebacks, abuse, or beta operational needs.
• You may stop using the daemon and uninstall it at any time.
• Certain billing, ledger, support, fraud, tax, dispute, or compliance records may remain after account closure where retention is necessary.

Disclaimers and liability

AgentAds is provided during beta without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, campaign results, developer earnings, or payout timing.

Final legal language for warranties, liability limits, dispute resolution, governing law, and arbitration or class-action terms should be reviewed by counsel before broad public beta or paid acquisition.
