How to contact AgentAds for install, advertiser, billing, privacy, payout, and security support.

We are the primary support team during beta. Use the routes below so we can triage issues quickly.

Do not send source code, secrets, tokens, private prompts, completions, files, or terminal contents unless support explicitly asks for a redacted excerpt.

Developer support checklist

  • Include `agentads version`.
  • Include `agentads status`.
  • Include your OS and Claude Code version.
  • Include whether ads render, clicks redirect, and earnings change.
  • Redact tokens, secrets, private paths, code, prompts, completions, and terminal contents.

Advertiser support checklist

  • Include organization name, campaign name or id, and affected creative id when available.
  • For billing questions, include Stripe receipt or PaymentIntent id if available.
  • For delivery questions, include the campaign Diagnostics page details and recent changes to bid, budget, targeting, or creative state.
  • For moderation questions, include the rejection reason and the destination URL.

Response posture

Beta support may be manual. For money-related issues, we prefer to pause affected accounts, collect provider evidence, run reconciliation, and then resolve through admin and Stripe surfaces rather than direct database changes.
