Advertiser Terms

Terms for advertiser wallet funding, campaign review, ad delivery, refunds, disputes, and reporting on AgentAds.

Last updated 2026-06-18

These terms apply when an advertiser or agency creates an organization, funds a wallet, submits creatives, or runs campaigns on AgentAds.

The current advertiser product is beta. We may keep access invite-only or concierge-assisted while public traffic and policy surfaces mature.

Wallet funding

  • AgentAds uses a prepaid wallet model. Campaign spend draws down from available advertiser balance.
  • Stripe Checkout and related Stripe services process payments, saved payment methods, refunds, disputes, and payment metadata.
  • Wallet credit is internal AgentAds campaign balance, not a bank account, stored value account, or money transmission service.
  • Stripe processing fees are treated as AgentAds platform expense where our current beta policy says they are platform-absorbed.

Campaign delivery

  • Campaign delivery depends on approved active creatives, wallet sufficiency, bid, targeting, campaign state, flight dates, daily and total budgets, global controls, and available inventory.
  • AgentAds does not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, spend pace, ranking, placement, or availability of any developer, agent, geography, device, or audience.
  • Second-price auction, frequency, invalid-traffic, and budget controls may affect delivery and final billed amounts.
  • Reporting can lag and can be adjusted for invalid traffic, duplicate events, refunds, disputes, or reconciliation.

Creative review

  • Creative approval is required before serving unless a specific beta exception is granted.
  • Approval only means the creative may enter eligible auctions. It does not guarantee delivery.
  • We may reject, pause, remove, or request edits for creatives or destinations that violate policy, create user confusion, or present legal, security, quality, or trust risks.
  • Advertisers are responsible for claims, offers, landing pages, trademarks, privacy practices, and legal compliance for promoted products.

Billing, refunds, and disputes

  • Billable events are accepted according to server-side tokens, event integrity checks, viewability rules, and invalid-traffic review.
  • Refunds are handled through Stripe and AgentAds support. A refund may reduce wallet balance and may pause campaigns if balance becomes insufficient.
  • Chargebacks and disputes may suspend the advertiser, pause campaigns, create support flags, and affect future eligibility.
  • Refund shortfalls, negative balances, and dispute losses require operator review during beta.

Targeting and privacy

  • Advertiser targeting is limited to supported privacy-preserving fields such as agent, version, OS, architecture, editor, locale, and country where available.
  • AgentAds does not provide targeting based on code, prompts, completions, files, AI conversations, terminal contents, secrets, or repository content.
  • Advertisers may not ask creatives or destinations to extract private developer context or credentials.
