Rules for using AgentAds websites, daemon, APIs, install/update channels, advertiser portal, and ad network.

This policy protects developers, advertisers, AgentAds, and the integrity of the ad marketplace.

It applies to all use of the websites, daemon, APIs, install scripts, update system, portal, campaigns, measurement endpoints, and support channels.

Do not abuse the network

Do not create fake impressions, fake clicks, fake waits, device farms, event replay loops, or automated earning schemes.
Do not tamper with serve tokens, event signatures, release manifests, update metadata, or local daemon state to earn or spend improperly.
Do not use bots, scripts, or traffic manipulation to distort reporting, billing, earnings, or moderation.
Do not bypass rate limits, controls, authentication, authorization, or fraud checks.

Do not use AgentAds to distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, exploit code, or unauthorized access instructions.
Do not try to access code, prompts, completions, files, terminal contents, private repositories, secrets, tokens, or account data.
Do not probe, scan, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with systems except as permitted by law and an approved security-reporting process.
Do not impersonate AgentAds, Claude Code, another agent, an advertiser, a developer, or a system message.

Use accurate identity, organization, billing, payout, and campaign information.
Do not create accounts to evade policy enforcement, payment obligations, fraud review, or suspension.
Do not resell, broker, or misuse access to private beta features without written permission.
Report suspected vulnerabilities or abuse to security@agentads.dev or support@agentads.dev.
